Incredible (-y easy) Peanut Butter Cookies

Mix 1 egg, 1 cup of brown sugar, and 1 cup of peanut butter by hand. Bake at 350 for 13-18 minutes.

Yup, that's really it!

  3. OMG, I never would have thought of using tahini, and that sounds amazing. I've made these with almond butter and they were too dry, but half almond and half peanut worked a charm.
