Corn & Black Bean Salad

Another repeat:

Salad:
Romaine or green leaf lettuce
1 can corn & 1 can black beans, rinsed & drained
Sliced radishes, jicama, and carrots
Grated cheddar
Diced peaches & avocado & cherry tomatoes

Vinaigrette:
olive oil, tons of fresh lime juice, agave nectar, salt
