Tomato Cucumber Salad with Middle Eastern Yogurt Dressing

Chop up 2 cups each cucumbers and tomatoes.   Dress with:

2 finely chopped chiles 
skin of 1/2 preserved lemon, finely chopped
chopped parsley and mint
juice of 1 lemon
1 cup good plain yogurt
plenty of salt
dash of olive oil
